She and her husband, Danny, grew up on Siesta Key and have been residents of Lakewood Ranch since 2013. Fondren and Danny have two children, Charlotte and Hudson. Fondren says she loves the multigenerational atmosphere of both Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch and how the area caters to families and people of all ages with a wide array of businesses, top-rated schools and activities year-round.
When she isn’t working with her customers, Fondren is spending time with her husband and their two children. She is passionate about community involvement and as a family, they are longtime supporters of Girls Inc Sarasota and St. Jude.

She transitioned to Coldwell Banker Realty in 2018, bringing her talents to the prestigious Longboat Key office. Most recently and as a continuation of her ongoing recognition, Kelly received the Florida Top 100 Agents award among Coldwell Banker agents.
In 2020, Kelly expanded her reach to Cashiers, North Carolina, where she and her family now spend their summers. Her North Carolina real estate license complements her focus on vacation and rental homes in the Cashiers, Glenville, Highlands, Sapphire, and Lake Toxaway areas.

Formerly a wedding & catering sales manager, Kate seamlessly transitioned into real estate as Kelly Baldwin's Assistant and became a licensed agent in July 2023. She is an integral member of the Kelly Baldwin Group.

Danny's favorite memories growing up on Siesta Key are centered around boating and going to the beach with friends. He and Fondren now enjoy taking their children to Siesta Key Beach and he has recently been teaching their daughter, Charlotte (7) how to surf.
Danny graduated from Florida State University, College of Business (where he and Fondren met) and holds degrees in both Finance and Real Estate. He is also a current Board Member of Girls Inc. Sarasota.
